SCHEDULING & TARDINESS 

• When booking with me, I do require that you are on time. I have other pretty little faces who are wanting to be serviced just like you!

• You will incur a $10 late fee after 10 minutes tardy, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

• You’re only allowed to reschedule one time, so please be mindful of this when booking & planning your day prior to your event.

GENERAL APPOINTMENT POLICIES

• I do have a strict NO KIDS & NO EXTRA PEOPLE policy. I will kindly ask whoever isn't being serviced to leave.

• Please have your eyebrows & any other facial hair groomed prior to the appointment to maximize the application.

• Last minute/same day cancellations will be charged FULL PRICE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

• You are required to keep your card on file, & will be charged when cancelling less than 24hrs prior to appointment.

• You will not be able to re-book with me until any & all outstanding fees are paid, please keep this in mind as well.

• The retainer fee/ deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstance! This includes same day cancellations. 

• Please have the exact cash for the remaining balance, I also accept Cash App ($5 fee). No checks will be accepted.

• I only travel for weddings, photoshoots, or for parties of 4 or more; otherwise, services are done at my location.

• There is a $35 early bird fee for appointments before 10am. Please contact me directly to schedule these.

• When booking for parties of 4 or more, any additional last minute additions will be a incur $15 convenience fee.

• NO PHONES DURING THE SERVICE, it is a major distraction & prohibits me from being able to do my job.

• Sundays are my day off so there is an additional $25 fee when booking on Sundays 

WEDDING SERVICE POLICIES

• All wedding related retainer fees & payments are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. This includes last minute drop-outs!

• I require my own space with access to an outlet when traveling on-location, with a large amount of table space for my supplies.

• Touch-ups required after set finishing time are an additional hourly rate. This includes sitting time between pictures, ceremony, etc.
